- Billing Information: Transaction histories for credits or Pro subscriptions processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment gateways. We never store raw credit card numbers or banking passwords on our servers.

- Candidate Match Scoring: AI evaluates candidates against job descriptions to provide explainable match scores and summaries to recruiters. These scores serve as decision-support tools; final hiring decisions remain human-driven.
- Data Privacy in AI: Your private CV documents and confidential data are processed securely through private API endpoints and are never sold to data brokers or used to train public foundation models without your explicit consent.
4. Information Sharing
We respect your trust and do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We only share information under the following limited circumstances:
- With Prospective Employers: When you apply for a job posting, the recruiting organization gains access to your submitted CV, profile details, screening answers, and contact info to evaluate your candidacy.

5. Data Storage & Security
We implement industry-standard technical and organizational safeguards to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or disclosure. - Account Deletion: You have the right to request complete account deletion. Upon verification, we will permanently purge your profile, CVs, and personal records from our active systems.
- Communication Preferences: You can manage notification settings or unsubscribe from non-transactional marketing communications using the link provided in our emails.

We use essential HTTP cookies and local storage tokens strictly necessary for secure user authentication, remembering active sessions, and maintaining user security. We do not employ third-party cross-site advertising trackers that monitor your activity outside Chakri.ai.
